The EPA Region 10 office is based in Seattle and serves Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and 271 Native Tribes. The mission of the EPA is to protect human health and the environment and the EPA furthers its mission by developing and enforcing regulations, and overseeing State implementation of Federal regulations. EPA helps small business owners understand regulations by providing compliance assistance, promoting pollution prevention resources, and connecting businesses with other Federal, State and local resources.
